Help with your Know account, creator profile, or a conversation.
Reach us
Email support@joinknow.app, or open the menu in the app, then Help & support, and tap Email support. Include your username, device and app version, and what happened.
Delete your account
Open the menu in the app and tap Delete account under the sign-out row. This permanently removes your profile, your Know, every source it learned from, and all your conversations. There is no way to undo it.
Report or block
To report a creator, open their profile or chat and tap the ••• button, then Report. To report an answer or a message, press and hold it and choose Report this message. To block a creator, tap ••• and choose Block: their profile, messages and place in your home screen disappear at once, and Know's team is told. Creators can report or block the person who wrote to them from the ••• button in that conversation. Blocked accounts are listed under Settings, where you can unblock them. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not tolerated; reports are reviewed and acted on, typically within 24 hours.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, export, or deletion requests can be started from Help & support in the app. See the Privacy Policy for what we handle.
